The package estimates natural effects, their randomized interventional analogues, and TE - TE^R, the difference between the total effect and its randomized interventional analogue. Rejecting TE - TE^R = 0 falsifies the composite null that the natural indirect and direct effects equal their randomized interventional analogues. The procedure remains valid in settings where the natural effects themselves are not identified, and |TE - TE^R| provides a lower bound on the total divergence between the natural and randomized interventional decompositions. authors: - family-names: Yu given-names: Ang email: ang_yu@outlook.com - family-names: Williams given-names: Nicholas email: ntwilliams.personal@gmail.com orcid: https://orcid.org/0000-0002-1378-4831 - family-names: Díaz given-names: Iván email: ivan.diaz@nyulangone.org orcid: https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9056-2047 repository: https://ang-yu.r-universe.dev repository-code: https://github.com/ang-yu/ria.test commit: fa65f858b75ba64724f339a50f52bf0120b79802 url: https://github.com/ang-yu/ria.test date-released: '2026-07-12' contact: - family-names: Yu given-names: Ang email: ang_yu@outlook.com
